Mount Shasta Mall

Covey Pardee worked closely with the owner, civil engineer, and architect on the major renovation and expansion of Mount Shasta Mall in Redding, California in 1999. CPLA was responsible for design of the pedestrian and vehicular entryways, pedestrian walkways, irrigation, and planting. The firm collaborated with the owner and construction manager to develop a connected, functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective design solution for this popular shopping mall.
