For Ashland School District's 2006 Capital Development Program, Covey Pardee provided site and landscape architectural design services for Ashland High School, and Walker, Bellview, and Helman elementary schools. The bond measure improvements included renovation of existing buildings, construction of new buildings, and significant site improvements. Covey Pardee's services ranged from complete site and landscape construction documents for Ashland High School's new auxiliary gymnasium to major planting and irrigation renovations for the three elementary schools. Construction was completed in 2010.
