In the late 1990's, Covey Pardee Landscape Architects collaborated with the City of Redding and local architects on several individual downtown improvement projects involving Market, Yuba and Placer streets, and a number of privately owned buildings. The projects continued over a period of several years, and dramatically improved the appeal of Redding's downtown core.
