An existing barn and pasture was transformed through extensive grading and terracing to create a new focal area for recreation and outdoor entertaining. Working closely with the owner, general contractor, landscape contractor, and pool contractor, Greg Covey developed a custom lap pool and spa design integrated with the new pool house, sun decks, and landscape. Design responsibilities included the pool and spa, decks, site grading, drainage, retaining walls, planting, and observation during construction.
