Ashland, Oregon

A unique site off Siskiyou Boulevard in Ashland, Oregon provided an opportunity for an in-fill cluster housing project, using cottage style single-family homes. Covey Pardee Landscape Architects provided land planning and site design services to move this complicated project through Ashland's planning process. The site included a creek, pond and floodplain, hillside areas, and challenging access issues. Following successful completion of the planning process, Covey Pardee prepared complete landscape construction documents for site layout, grading, irrigation and planting. Creekside Cottages opened in 2002.
